Insurance and Billing
You can pay for your visits and treatments by cash, check, credit or debit card at the time of treatment. We are in-network providers for Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Delta Dental (closed to new patient's effective 1/1/18), and United Healthcare. If you are covered by a dental plan not listed, we will submit your claim to your carrier. To discuss your insurance coverage or payment options, please call 636-532-3208.
